Taking You From Good To Great

One of the best things you can do as a student to help your career is to get as much real life experience under your belt as possible. We think one of the best places you can do that is right here with Amway. Are you interested in applying knowledge you've been learning in the classroom to a real work environment, while getting paid for it? If so, our award-winning College Talent Acquisition program may be just the right opportunity for you. Through our program, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects that provide practical work experience and add value to our organization.

  • Are paid a competitive hourly wage.
  • Are offered a housing allowance if you live over 50 miles from your work assignment.
  • Can enjoy perks such as product discounts at our Employee Store and access to our full-service Fitness Facility.
  • Are given a mentor. The mentor can offer guidance on your project, career advice and event help you network outside of your department.
  • Are encouraged to participate in networking events including:
    • The Reverse Career Fair - This provides you with an opportunity to meet a large number of hiring mangers in a short period of time, allowing you to openly discuss your project and the value you can add to our company.
    • Bi-Weekly Meetings - Vice President's from various divisions speak to you abut their role in the company, how they advanced to their position and even offer career advice.
    • Whitecaps Game - A trip to our minor league baseball team allows informal networking among interns and your mentors.
