Quixtar is Alticor's primary business opportunity company for North America and an e-commerce leader. It pioneered a combination of shopping, membership benefits and business ownership when it launched in 1999, combining direct selling with the power of the Internet. Quixtar's independent business owners (IBOs) earn bonuses and incentives based on sales resulting from their efforts to register new Clients, Members and IBOs. Quixtar became a subsidiary of Alticor in 2000.
